Jaclyn and Steve were married in Iowa City at Celebration Farm.  They are probably two of the most down to earth people you will ever meet.  These two are both from my hometown who separately moved away to follow their dreams.  Who knew that several years later they would meet back in their hometown and the rest would become history?!  They have literally seen some of the highest of highs and been through some pretty tough lows #suttonstrong <3  But through it all, they have never wavered.  I was so honored to be their photographer and can’t believe I haven’t shared their wedding yet!  From Iowa to Chicago to Las Angeles and soon…..Tennessee!! I knew that Steve and Jaclyn’s wedding would be emotional with so many of their friends and family looking on.  Hell, these two have one of the best groups of friends I have ever seen.  Always supporting and so very loyal.  Most of these have been lifelong friendships.  I mean; how many of us can say that so many of our childhood friends are still actively a part of our lives? These two absolutely can and I loved seeing their Iowa and California friends come together to share in such an amazing day. As an Iowa City wedding photographer; their venue; Celebration Farm in Iowa City is definitely one of my top five favorite locations in Iowa.  The barn is so unique and has a great space for outdoor weddings.  It is close to town and literally takes very little to make it look stunning!  Jen from The Flower Gallery worked her magic on not only the reception venue; but Jaclyn’s bouquet was a showstopper!  I mean, again-so unique and stunning-just like Jaclyn.  And Jen did everything with just a week’s notice!!!!!  My jaw hit the floor when I saw what she had created in such a short period of time.
